Gittings Global delivers world-class visual content that strengthens brand identity through a network of expert photographers, and a premium, concierge-level service. Despite this, its brand perception was anchored in headshots – failing to reflect its broader capabilities in reportage, film, and consultancy, or its operational scale and sophistication. 

Living was tasked with repositioning Gittings Global as a modern, full-service visual partner, and translating that into a cohesive brand and digital experience.

Solution

We began with a discovery phase combining client interviews and internal workshops to identify both Gittings’ true differentiators and the gap between perception and reality.

This revealed four core brand principles: omnipresence, trusted partnership, efficiency, and excellence. Building on these, we developed a clear messaging strategy – redefining the tone of voice, value proposition, and core narrative to reflect Gittings’ expanded offer and global capability.

We then created a new visual identity system, ‘Pulse’, anchored by a dynamic logo that expresses global connectivity and constant motion.

Digitally, we designed a new website that brings the brand to life – showcasing the full breadth of services while reinforcing Gittings’ precision, technical expertise, and seamless client experience.
