The project began with a brief for a new website but evolved into a broader brand transformation. In-depth research, combining lawyer interviews and focus groups with client feedback, revealed an opportunity to more clearly express what clients and lawyers value most: thoughtful advice, plain-spoken guidance and relationships built on trust, transparency and collaboration.
Those insights shaped a refreshed brand narrative and values centred on true partnership, alongside the move from Sheppard Mullin to the more concise public-facing name, Sheppard. A new visual identity and digital experience brought the positioning to life, creating a confident and contemporary expression of the firm while retaining the strength of its nearly 100-year legacy.
