Created to support the launch of the new brand strategy and visual identity, the films translate Hill Dickinson’s proposition into authentic storytelling that puts people at the centre.
Working closely with Hill Dickinson, we developed the two complementary pieces of content, each tailored to a distinct audience while reinforcing a shared belief that relationships and progress start with people.
A flagship brand film clearly communicates who the firm is, what it stands for and how it works with clients, combining leadership perspective with everyday collaboration and confident use of the new brand world. Alongside this, an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) film offers an honest snapshot of life at the firm, shaped by colleagues’ own voices and real moments from across the business.
Filmed over two days in Hill Dickinson’s Manchester office, both films were produced end to end by our team, from concept and scripting through to filming and post-production. The result is content that feels natural, credible and true to the firm’s culture.
Together, the films play a key role in activating the new identity, strengthening connection with clients and showcasing Hill Dickinson as a progressive, people-first law firm.
