In the start of 2021 we see a sector still suffering from the paralysis caused by 2020’s waves of uncertainty, but a determined few did make significant improvements in their websites and their commitment to social media. Content remains the hardest element to perfect, while, in relation, functionality is an easier area to get right. Law firms that invested in both have begun to pull away from their competitors, or made impressive leaps in our rankings.
