A progressive identity for a relentlessly inquisitive REIT

The challenge

RDI, short for Real Estate Diversified Income REIT, is a diversified income-focused total return FTSE 250 UK-REIT. The business aims to deliver a solid platform for the provision of superior, sustainable and growing income for their shareholders throughout the property cycle.

After transforming their corporate structure, RDI needed to reinvent their brand to align with an independent, smart and agile firm that see the value in property that other investors miss. Our challenge was to develop an identity that expressed RDI’s relentless inquisitiveness.


The solution

Our solution was inspired by the holistic and precision view that has been the formula for RDI’s success. They explore all aspects of a development and consider multiple outcomes that affect the location and population.


We developed an identity based on the sustained property cycle driven by RDI. Three interlocking soft angular shapes form a dynamic brand marque. Supported by a cool but contemporary colour palette and approachable typography the angular shapes were cropped and abstracted to create a flexible and versatile visual identity.

The result

RDI REIT now have a more sophisticated and dynamic brand that reflects the firm’s ethos and resonates with their shareholders and partners. The change is synonymous with their intention to become the UK’s leading income focused REIT and in an ever-creasing competitive market place RDI REIT stand confidently apart from the competition.
