Discovering hidden treasures for a leading asset management firm 13 September 2017

Old Mutual Global Investors (OMGI) approached our Hong Kong team with a challenge – to help increase awareness of their alternative investment products through a new integrated campaign in Asia Pacific. 

Already well established in the alternative space, OMGI has been managing alternatives since 2001 and today has AUM of over US$7 billion in this sector, but were now looking for a campaign that would inspire a less engaged, and more specific target audience in this region.

Using OMGI’s well established visual language, we created a campaign featuring a treasure box made from Geomag. This striking visual concept, alongside the core campaign messaging which invited investors to “discover hidden treasures” for their portfolio, was one we believed would resonate well with their target audience. 

This dynamic omnichannel campaign across print ads, outdoor ads and online banners has successfully launched, with the aim to increase brand and product awareness in Asia Pacific.
