For example, the Discovery phase includes an in-depth strategic analysis of your current communications, or maybe just a briefing meeting. Or perhaps you have phase one covered and may just need help with phases two and three. Whatever you need, we'll always agree with you upfront exactly what you want us to do.

Discovery

Achieving effective results takes real strategic insight and this crucial phase is about understanding (and challenging) your product or brand proposition. This can involve analysis of your target audience, internal and external focus groups, investor research, shareholder perception studies, copy analysis, media and online reputation audits, online surveys, and competitor reviews. It's during the Discovery phase that we conduct any necessary research into your business, markets, clients and customers.

From this we can gain a 360° understanding of your whole business and provide a report of our findings and recommendations.

We'll then use this to develop the brief, allocate budgets, segment markets, define messages and plan campaigns. Put simply, we'll put together a clear and well-thought through communications plan that incorporates any of the key disciplines you need - design, digital, PR and corporate reporting. At the very least, this phase will always result in coherent project brief.

Strategy and creative

Based on a clear understanding of your business and your audiences, we can identify and agree key messaging, and appropriate customer touch-points to match the requirements gathered from the initial kick-off meeting or following our comprehensive Discovery phase.

Based on the above, we'll then develop a creative approach that genuinely engages with your audiences whether clients, staff, investors or the general public.

Implementation

It's here where you really see the value of our joined-up approach in the previous phases. It's how we can guarantee a consistent and coherent delivery across the agreed marketing mix - design, digital, PR and corporate reporting - to ensure outstanding creative ideas that survive the rigours of efficient production.

With centralised control and project management, this phase ensures the agreed strategy is executed efficiently and effectively to pre-approved budgets and timings. And once this has been achieved, if your project requires it, we'll provide full post-campaign reporting to measure success.
