To launch the internal campaign, employees received a tailored set of emails that lead to a personalised digital pop-up brochure with a page-turning, intuitive format that brings to life the subject matter.
Living designed a digital solution that not only delivered a more sustainable version of traditional printed literature, but also created a more engaging, innovative and intuitive communications tool accessible via ING’s intranet.
The ING Compliance and Risk Management team now has a new means of communicating with employee audiences globally – one that meets the original objectives of the brief, but also provides costs savings, reduced environmental impact and measurable outcomes from the campaign.
