Benchmarking digital intelligence in Am Law 100 firms 10 April 2014

Today sees the launch of the latest edition of Living Ratings: Digital content and social media communication in the Am Law 100.

At a time when leading UK law firms’ digital communications and content are going from strength to strength, we benchmark The American Lawyer’s 2013 Am Law 100 against 50 key criteria in seven categories; web presence, web content, social media presence, social media content, social media influence, Twitter frequency and Twitter response.

Living’s Client Strategy Director Greg Hobden comments; “Although our latest study identifies some impressive examples of digital communications from the Am Law 100 not one of the firms that made our Living Ratings top 50 scores more than 70% in our analysis”.

Across all seven categories our analysis shows clear evidence of a need for higher quality design, more substantive branded content, and enhanced user experience, across both corporate websites and social media produced by the Am Law 100 firms we rated.
